⭐ Spotlight on… Lee-anne Beattie, Regional Service Manager

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 This week, we’re shining a spotlight on ⭐Rock Star⭐ Lee-anne Beattie, Regional Service Manager, who is based in our Aberdeen office.

Lee-anne started out as a Water Hygiene Engineer before moving into scheduling other engineers. Her career then took her into being Regional Service Manager for Aberdeen, and now she handles the whole of Scotland!

Lee-anne’s busy days include reviewing service performance dashboards, handling open tickets, checking Service Level Agreement (SLA) status, and prioritising urgent escalations or high-impact cases.  She works closely with her supervisors to ensure engineers are performing well and hitting their targets.

We recently won a major Water Hygiene contract with NHS Scotland 🏥, and Lee-anne is currently busy getting everything in place to ensure work runs smoothly, just the way we – and our customers – like it 👌

Lee-anne says, “I really enjoy working closely with all my colleagues (including Mabel the Company Dog, of course! 🐶), and I’m excited to see what else unfolds at Rock Compliance as we progress and grow.”
