Reasons to celebrate!

As August draws to a close, we want to reflect on what an amazing summer is has been for the company and share some of those highlights.

We start with a major milestone in our journey – the transition of the IWS business, contracts and systems into Rock Compliance. Delivering the vision has taken months of preparation, but we are proud to say the bulk of work is complete, and we are now making the final preparations to move forward as one company. This could have taken many years and caused huge disruption – but we have achieved it smoothly and in less than a year. We are currently in the process of welcoming our new IWS colleagues into Rock Compliance ahead of the 1st October deadline.

The transition is about far more than moving systems and contracts. It creates the platform for a stronger, larger and more capable business. It allows us to bring together the best of both organisations through the consultations, leverage our scale, strengthen our market position and accelerate our ambition to become the industry-leading environmental compliance business.

In other news, we celebrated two huge performance milestones, with Rock Compliance delivering the biggest revenue month in its history and Oracle Solutions Asbestos producing its strongest performance of the year to date.

The School of Rock is now officially open, ready to provide ongoing Water Hygiene and Water Treatment training for our 475+ engineers. The next stage will be to open the Asbestos training facility to customers. The School of Rock is located within our impressive new Alcester HQ, so we have a multi-purpose site that we can be really proud of.

When you walk into a Rock Compliance office, attend a Teams call, or gather around a table for a meeting, there is a genuine sense of being with people who are absolutely committed to giving their best and meeting every challenge with positivity and a determination to succeed. This is what keeps us moving forward.
