Spotlight on… Daniel Johnson, Account Manager

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Account Manager Daniel Johnson.

Daniel joined Rock Compliance in August 2023 and has since progressed into the role of Account Manager within the Legionella Compliance division, which involves overseeing compliance programmes, coordinating remedial and monitoring works, reviewing technical reports, and ensuring clients remain compliant with current legislation and industry guidance. He works closely with clients, site teams, and engineers to manage water hygiene risks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently across often complex and diverse estates. One of Daniel’s proudest achievements since joining Rock Compliance has been obtaining his Highfield accreditation, which has opened the opportunity for him to support the delivery of training courses under HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidance.

He says, “What I enjoy most about my role is the diversity of the work and the problem-solving involved in managing complex compliance programmes. No two days are ever the same, and it is rewarding to be part of a company committed to maintaining high standards across water hygiene, compliance, and client support services. I am particularly excited to contribute towards the training division and help clients and engineers strengthen their understanding of water hygiene and Legionella compliance responsibilities.”
