Spotlight on Ryan Kingston

We’re shining the spotlight on Rock Star Ryan Kingston, a Supervisor working out of our Alcester HQ.

Ryan started with us as a trainee in March 2023. He was fresh out of retail with no experience or knowledge around Legionella. Fast forward three years, and he now has a self-funded City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing and lots of relevant on-site experience.

Ryan’s day-to-day responsibilities include handling problem-solving calls from Engineers, QCing reports before they go out to clients, ordering kit, and lots more besides. He has greatly enjoyed working with everyone who has joined us from IWS, chatting with new people and getting to know more about their systems as well as introducing them to ours, particularly our proprietary asset-based risk management system, EPIC, and, with the other Supervisors, helping them with any issues encountered as they get on board with a whole new way of working.

Outside work, Ryan is passionate about military aviation, 20th century history and motor vehicles.

Ryan says, “I’m really proud of how far I’ve come since joining Rock Compliance – I never thought I’d ever make it to a Supervisor position! It’s hard work, but there are lots of enjoyable moments and a really supportive network of colleagues and management around me.”

We’d like to say thank you to Ryan for stepping in as a model for a day when we were filming at Alcester recently for a new corporate video – just goes to show that you never know what a day at Rock Compliance may hold!
