👷Introducing Compliance Engineers

If you use us for Water Hygiene AND Air Hygiene, you’re used to seeing two different engineers turn up. Both in Rock Compliance vans, both wearing company uniform, and both highly skilled at the jobs they do. What if you could ensure both Water and Air Hygiene compliance from just one engineer: fewer appointments to schedule, fewer visits, overall less time on site, more sustainable use of resources. Add Risk Assessments too, and you’ve got a total programme of compliance.

Our Compliance Engineers are a new breed of Super Engineer. Not created by a dastardly scientist in a laboratory, but the product of a comprehensive School of Rock compliance training programme, IFSM and City and Guilds accreditation via PPL Training, and a passionate commitment to always finding new ways to serve our customers better.

We’re gradually rolling out our cross-skilling guilds programme, so that soon all our engineers will be skilled in our core compliance service areas:
1.    Water Hygiene
2.    Air Hygiene

And if you currently just use us for Water OR Air, it’ll be even easier to extend your relationship with us by simply adding another compliance service, provided by the same engineer.

We’ll make sure all our Compliance Engineers undergo rigorous competency training too, incorporating:
– Quarterly audits
– 6-monthly competency testing
– Annual review with our School of Rock internal training hub
– Evaluation of client feedback
