WELCOME TO ROCK COMPLIANCE LIVERPOOL

Hop on a ferry ‘cross the Mersey and you won’t be far from Bromborough, home of the Rock Compliance office serving the Wirral, Cheshire and the rest of the North West region. This large, busy Rock Compliance Liverpool site is in a great location and packed full of helpful, knowledgeable Team Rock staff.

Rock Compliance Liverpool offers all the compliance services we are known for – water hygiene, air hygiene, water treatment, mechanical and electrical compliance, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and training. But it’s also the location of our large and impressive chemical warehouse, where the chemicals used for our water treatment services are developed and produced.

Why we love Liverpool

You’ll never walk alone in this city – there is just so much to do! Everywhere you look there are buildings you recognise from the movies.  Are you a DC fan?  Many key scenes from 2022’s dark and moody ‘The Batman’ were filmed here.

We’ve picked out some Liverpool highlights:

  • Music – The music scene is HUGE! You have to start with the Beatles, of course, but there’s Echo and the Bunnymen, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Elvis Costello – the list goes on and on.
  • Hotels – From stylish boutiques to luxury hotels, there are plenty to choose from. We provide compliance services for many hotels – contact us for more information.
  • Football – Liverpool FC is the most successful English team in European football tournament history, with six European Cup/Champions League trophies.
  • Shops, bars and restaurants – Liverpool ONE is a hugely popular shopping and leisure complex. Plus there are loads of cool and quirky places to eat and drink throughout the city, so whatever tickles your tastebuds, you’re sure to find it!
  • University – With over 22,000 students on site, Liverpool Uni is chosen by students from around the world.
  • Healthcare – Liverpool is full of world-leading hospitals, including Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. It’s also a centre of research, with institutions such as the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
  • Theatre and cinema – The Everyman Theatre is a powerhouse of change-making performances, but it’s just one of the many theatres in this arts-obsessed city.
  • Museums – The Walker Gallery has one of the largest art collections in England outside London.

Interesting fact

Did you know that Liverpool used to have an overhead railway? The first electric elevated railway in the world, the overhead railway was built in 1893 to ease congestion along seven miles of Liverpool’s docks.

You can see a restored section of the railway at the Museum of Liverpool, located on the front right opposite the Three Graces (the Royal Liver Building, the Cunard Building and the Port of Liverpool Building).
