Rock Star of the Quarter – Courtney Noquet

We’re celebrating our Rock Star of the Quarter, Head of Reporting at Oracle Solutions Asbestos, Courtney Noquet. Oracle Solutions is part of the andwis. Environmental Services division, which is headed up by Rock Compliance. Courtney’s recent contribution in the Oracle Solutions meetings has been insightful and valuable. She brings some very tangible and innovative ideas that genuinely drive business success.

Courtney joined Oracle Solutions in March 2025. In her role, she handles the day-to-day running of the department, including line-managing our in-house and offshore report writers, allocating workloads, monitoring KPIs, and overseeing training and development. She also manages the reporting process, from survey completion through to final reporting, including liaising with surveyors, laboratories, clients and other departments to resolve any issues or delays. In addition, she is responsible for the administration and management of our TEAMS Asbestos software and client portal, as well as supporting EPIC/SIMPRO processes. A large part of Courtney’s role involves reviewing and improving processes, managing bespoke client reporting requirements, resolving system and data issues, and working across departments to improve efficiency and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Courtney says, “What I enjoy most about my role is the team I manage and being able to support their development. I really like seeing people grow in confidence, build their knowledge, and take greater ownership of their roles. I’m proud of the supportive environment we’ve created, where everyone is encouraged to learn, ask questions, and work together.”
