Accreditations

We hold a wide range of accreditations, including Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, CHAS, Achilles UVDB, BESA, RESET, RoSPA and RISQS. We are also a member of IHEEM, the Legionella Control Association, and a CSCA registered service provider.

In addition, we hold ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, and ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management.

Our commitment to minimising risk extends to cyber security, and we have Cyber Essentials Plus certification.

Our School of Rock training is approved by Highfield Qualifications for the Level 2 Award in Legionella Awareness (Hot and Cold Water Systems) (RQF), Level 2 Award in Legionella Awareness (Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers) (RQF) and Level 3 Award in Legionella Control for Responsible Persons (RQF)

We are an accredited Living Wage Employer which sees that all our staff across the UK are paid a fair wage, and a member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School.

Health and safety

We have a strong culture of health and safety and a dedicated Head of SHEQ, responsible for driving continuous improvement in the interconnected areas of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

We have the leading health and safety accreditations CHAS, SafeContractor, and Constructionline. We also hold ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management.

All our engineering operatives whose work involves higher risk receive relevant training. An example of this is safe working in confined spaces. We have also introduced many initiatives designed to further embed health and safety into our daily operations:

• Toolbox talks via an online APP
• On-site visits by the Head of SHEQ to carry out safety auditing with engineers
• Engagement with EcoOnline for all CoSHH assessments
• Engagement with Barbour for all legal updates
• APP for engineers to report near misses, accidents, and incidents
• Engagement visits from leadership team
• Increased ‘near miss’ reporting
