Rock Compliance is proud to announce that we are an accredited real Living Wage employer. This means that we pay way beyond the National Living Wage as dictated by the government.

We are committed to being the best place to work for our people, and paying our staff the real Living Wage will help us achieve this mission. The real Living Wage helps people to:

  • Spend more quality time with their children
  • Save for an emergency or a rainy day
  • Not have to worry about affording the basics

Happy employees equal better service for our customers, which in turn will help us reach our goal of being the best national provider.

Real Living Wage accreditation means that everyone starting with us will get an FTE basic pay of at least £24,960 with an hourly rate of £12, regardless of their age or role. The real Living Wage is the only wage rate based on what people need to live and is independently calculated each year according to the cost of living, based on a basket of household goods and services.
