Rock Compliance are proud to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer!

We are committed to being the best place to work for our people, and paying our staff the real Living Wage will help us achieve this mission. The real Living wage helps people do things like spend more quality time with their children; save for an emergency or a rainy day; not having to worry about affording the basics. Happy employees means better service for our customers, which in turn will help us reach our goal of being the best national provider!

Our Living Wage commitment sees that all our staff across the UK receive a minimum hourly wage of £10.90, or £11.95 in London. This is significantly higher than the Government’s Minimum Wage which is currently £9.18 for under 23s and £9.50 for over 23s.

The real Living Wage is the only wage rate based on what people need to live and is independently calculated each year according to the cost of living, based on a basket of household goods and services.

Team Rock are in good company! Over 12,000 accredited employers – including big names such as Google, Nationwide and LUSH – voluntarily choose to pay the real Living Wage. For Rock Compliance, this was an easy decision because we believe our employees deserve a fair day’s pay that meets every day needs.
