We’re delighted to share that we’ve renewed our real Living Wage accreditation, which means that everyone starting with us will get FTE basic pay of at least £24,960 with an hourly rate of £12, regardless of their age or role.

We pay way beyond the National Living Wage as dictated by the government, and we’re committed to paying everyone in Team Rock a wage that they can reasonably live on.

We’re really proud to be a part of this initiative, and we’ll continue to champion fair wages for all in Team Rock.
