We’re delighted to confirm that for the third year in a row we’ve renewed our Real Living Wage accreditation through the Real Living Wage Foundation.

This means we pay every employee, regardless of age and apprenticeship status, a salary that can be realistically lived on, not just the government minimum.

As the cost of living crisis continues to impact everyone, it’s even more important that we demonstrate our commitment to ensuring our colleagues receive fair and equitable pay, and we’re very happy to be able to do this.
