In the School of Rock staffroom, the chairs are filled by some of the best Water Hygiene trainers in the business. Dedicated and experienced professionals with many years of experience, they provide training of the highest standard.

We’d like to introduce you to the team.

Rosie East

Rosie brings over a decade of specialised expertise in water hygiene and compliance, focusing on Legionella control and risk assessment of water systems. With a strong background in technical support and regulatory compliance, she has effectively managed and implemented safety standards across various industry verticals.

A Member of the Royal Society for Public Health (MRSPH) and an Associate Member of the Water Management Society (AWMSoc), Rosie is committed to advancing best practices in the field and actively engages in professional development to remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
Sarah Gould

Sarah joined Rock Compliance as a Regional Operations Manager before moving into account management, where she looked after some of our biggest clients in the South East and South Central regions, including councils and hospitals.

Sarah is a qualified Water Risk Assessor, has completed Water Hygiene training, and is an active Member of the Water Management Society. A skilled and confident communicator, she builds excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
Stuart Grant

Stuart has a background in environmental science and has worked in the water hygiene industry for over 20 years. He managed all operational delivery within Scotland for an independent water hygiene company and has continued that role throughout the UK as part of Rock Compliance.

Many years of experience with LCA audit preparation and collaboration with the Water Management Society have led to an extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, allowing tailored guidance and support to clients as well as expert delivery of accredited Legionella Awareness and Legionella Control training courses. Stuart has also been a Member of the Water Management Society for many years.
Shaun Sinclair

Shaun has had an exciting 30 years’ experience in the water industry, starting out in water tank manufacturing and sales in the UK and Middle East. He has also worked in operational management in the Legionella control sector.

Shaun ran his own water and air compliance business for many years. His company then became part of Rock Compliance, where he’s now Director of Compliance and Technical Services. He’s a Member of the Water Management Society and a widely known name across the sector.

The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and made the course very interesting - I was fully engaged throughout.
