🦶It’s a balancing act!

Our wonderful Project Manager Sally WilliamsĀ is preparing for some major surgery, and her physio has advised her that one of the best strengthening exercises is balancing on one leg for 30 seconds, then swopping over and balancing on the other leg.

Sound easy? Give it a try and you might find it’s more difficult than you expected!

Sally decided to challenge the team at our Linwood office to join her every day, as shown below (from L to R – Sally, Chris and Nicole). They’re enjoying the energy it brings to the office and say they can feel the benefits already.
