Innovation-driven compliance
Housing 2026 is back in Manchester – and so are we!
If you’re in the business of providing affordable homes, creating new communities or enhancing existing ones, Housing 2026 is probably already on your calendar.
The Rock Compliance team will be on stand P67 in the PfH Live arena this year, so head over and meet Andy, Ben, Craig and Chris.
Together, they can take you through our Legionella prevention solutions and latest water hygiene products, all developed to minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple.
As a Rank No.1 supplier, we can’t wait to tell you more about how we can work with you through the PfH framework.
Tickets for Housing 2026 are absolutely free (as long as you meet the criteria).
Simply click here to secure your free ticket to the best housing sector event of the year or just turn up on the day.
The PfH England and Wales framework provides customers with world-class services through an absolute commitment to innovation, service and value.
Rock Compliance was placed first out of all the companies who tendered for the PfH England and Wales Compliance Solutions lot.
We’re also on the PfH Scotland framework, our national coverage making us ideally placed to carry out compliance services across the whole of the UK.
As a PfH supplier, we’re very excited to be working with UK housing associations, ALMOs and local authorities to deliver Legionella Risk Assessments and Water Hygiene Services to PfH framework members.
It’s a big exhibition hall, but you can’t miss us!
We’re back with our eye-catching and environmentally-responsible stand. It’s manufactured from eco-friendly stock back wall panels made of a wood fibreboard created from sawmill byproducts and responsibly managed forests with PEFC/FSC certification. This is a sustainable, healthy and responsible alternative that uses an adhesive which doesn’t interfere with the food chain. In addition, the paint used on the stand contains no VOCs.
We use our stand regularly for events around the country, avoiding waste by reusing it as much as possible. When it does reach the end of its life, the stand builder will ensure panels are reused, so not dumped or burnt. Where possible, any wood items that can’t be reused are cut down and donated to local schools for wood workshops.
The health and safety of everyone in your properties is a priority. Legionella is a dangerous bacteria that causes the potentially fatal Legionnaires’ disease, and can proliferate in poorly maintained water systems.
Our Copper and Silver Ionisation system, which we will be demonstrating on the stand, offers outstanding Legionella treatment and prevention:
✔ Easy to install
✔ Easy to monitor
✔ Highly effective against Legionella, Pseudomonas and any negative gram bacteria
✔ Ongoing low level disinfection
✔ Low energy
✔ Non-chemical (prevent COSHH)
✔ Sustainable
Our in-house Copper and Silver Ionisation expert, Ben French, will be on the Rock Compliance stand for all three days. You can message him to set up a meeting in advance, or just turn up on the day for a chat.

As a company, we’ve declared a ban on cheap giveaways that end up in landfill. So you won’t find any disposable pens, stress balls, or branded nylon socks on P67.
Instead, we have put together have high-quality, sustainable giveaways designed around the famous Manchester worker bee.
Bees need clean air and water, and at Rock Compliance, we’re all about that, so it’s a natural partnership
As well as a yummy bee-themed gift, inside the giveaway bag you’ll find an informative postcard printed on paper impregnated with wildflower seeds that can be planted after reading.
So every time you look out and see the wildflower bed in your garden, you’ll remember your visit to the Rock Compliance Housing 2026 stand.
