👏 Our newest team member is ready to go!

🧔‍♂️ Please join us in welcoming Nick Berwick to the Water Treatment team. You can see him in the photo, proudly showing off his new Rock Compliance merch, all ready to head out and meet our clients across the south. We invest heavily in our people, and it’s important that the kit is new so they can get it right first time for our clients.

💧 Nick has worked in the water industry for many years, first as a Technician, then a Legionella Risk Assessor, and finally an Account Manager, looking after closed systems and hygiene mainly. He is now looking to expand his knowledge and work 100% in water treatment with boilers and cooling towers.

😃 When he left his last role, Nick was looking after a large portfolio of business and working with UK data centres on their water treatment and hygiene compliance. We’re sure his impressive progress will continue, especially with such a strong team around him. The next year will be full of structured training and development in the water treatment sector. This includes shadowing our more experienced account managers and a day per week structured 12-month training program that will start after the first 3-month period.
