– Started our expansion by joining with Oracle Solutions Asbestos Ltd to create the andwis Environmental Division
– Won over £5 million in new sales
– Signed two of the largest Water Treatment contracts in our history
– Created our own remote monitoring platform
– Launched a new engineer incentive scheme
– Upgraded, rebranded and extended our fleet of engineer vans
– Invested £800k in salaries and continued our Real Living Wage commitment
– Appointed a dedicated Learning and Development Manager and launched our Trainee Scheme
– Achieved a major milestone in diversity: today, 39% of our managers are female
