We have successfully extended for another year the Anchor housing contract, at £2m a year. For context, this is the largest contract in IWS Water Hygiene and therefore is a significant win to retain. I want to recognise the outstanding contributions that made it possible.

“A special thank you to Rebecca Butler and Rick Smethurst for their leadership and commitment. I’d also like to acknowledge our Regional Operational Delivery Teams nationwide, supported by Senior Operations leaders Tony Driver and glen routledge. From planners to technicians, every one of you has played a vital role in this achievement.

“This milestone marks an important step toward our ambition of becoming the best place to work and the industry leader. As we increase route density and bring the business closer together, we are improving operational effectiveness and demonstrating our continued progress to the market.
