Remote Monitoring (RM) is an innovation we’re really excited about. We’re currently the only water hygiene and water treatment company that has RM in its proprietary system – in other words, we can provide both the hardware AND the software for a fully digital compliance system.

This is how it works:
– Our engineers visit once to attach the small and unobtrusive RM tiles to your water pipes
– The tiles contain sensors that track water temperature and movement in real time and send the data back to our EPIC compliance management portal, delivering 24/7 monitoring, 365 days a year
– Data is constantly analysed to provide insights and generate alerts for issues like unexpected drops in water temperature, triggering remedial action that stops the issue in its tracks

In just three steps, risk is dramatically reduced, and you can be confident your water system is safe and compliant, your duty as a responsible property owner discharged in line with government guidelines.

What’s more, once deployed, Remote Monitoring is also expandable or scalable to other aspects of compliance, such as Air Quality, fridge/freezer temperatures (in line with HACCP), and medical supplies temperatures.
