Westworks

Rock Compliance has been awarded a place on the Westworks dynamic purchasing system (DPS).

Westworks is a cabinet office-backed consortium made up of a continually expanding group of public sector bodies, from housing associations to local authorities, government departments and services to charities.

The DPS was established for the provision of planned and responsive maintenance works, conversion and major refurbishment of dwelling houses, flats, sheltered schemes, sheltered accommodation, commercial and communal facilities, corporate property, and similar buildings for a period of ten years.

Meet Ben French

Business Development Manager (Housing Associations, Hospitality and Retail, FM)

Ben has 25 years’ experience in the water and air compliance industry and is a full member of the Water Management Society.

In his previous role as owner of one of our legacy companies, Ben focussed on building up the business in the South West and succeeded in winning work nationally with a major grocery retail chain. When the company was acquired in 2019, he joined the Rock Compliance team.

During his varied career, Ben has been responsible for assessing all types of complex water systems. In his current role, he ensures accounts are managed efficiently and provides new business development, winning national contracts in the hospitality, retail, care, and housing sectors.

Ben also heads up Copper and Silver Ionisation water treatment, a non-chemical method to control Legionella, Pseudomonas and other gram-negative bacteria microorganisms. His extensive knowledge helps us minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple for our clients.
