Rock Compliance is on Lot 2 – Legionella on the Northern Housing Consortium framework for Asbestos, Legionella and Mould.

This national framework provides a compliant and straightforward route to market for organisations bound by public sector contract regulations.

It’s designed to offer a comprehensive solution for managing asbestos, Legionella and mould, ensuring customers have everything they need in one solution.

Live until April 2028, the framework covers both commercial and domestic properties, so framework users can be sure their buildings are compliant and their residents safe.

The framework has a national network of regional and national pre-approved suppliers, and call-off can be via a mini competition or ranked award.
