The Client

T S G Building Services PLC is a multi-trade contractor delivering large-scale projects for housing associations and commercial organisations across the UK. With over 250 employees and a £42m annual turnover, they required a specialist partner capable of supporting complex, time-critical development works.

The Challenge

T S G Building Services was appointed to construct a tower block in London. Initial site inspections raised concerns around potential asbestos-contaminated land, posing a significant risk to programme delivery.

Oracle Solutions Asbestos was engaged to assess the site and provide a compliant remediation strategy within strict deadlines.

Oracle Asbestos Case Study

Our Approach

Oracle Solutions deployed a senior surveyor to undertake an immediate site assessment. Investigations confirmed asbestos cement and asbestos insulation contamination across approximately 1,800m² of land, requiring excavation to depths of up to 1000mm.

A detailed desktop study was completed, followed by a phased remediation plan. Works were carefully programmed to coordinate plant, waste removal and site access while maintaining progress against agreed timescales.

The Result

Oracle Solutions successfully completed the remediation works within the required programme, removing 11,038.48 tonnes of contaminated material safely and compliantly.

This enabled the client to proceed with construction without delay.
