Team Rock is made up of people who care passionately about the work they do, the colleagues they work with, and the customers they serve.
The Leadership Team brings together a multidisciplinary group with a wide range of experience and expertise, united by an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service that minimises risk, delivers compliance, and makes it simple.
We are strong as individuals but strongest when we are part of a team – Team Rock!
Being asked to head up the newly-established andwis Environmental Services division in early 2026 was one of the proudest moments of my career, and a challenge I relished from Day One.
Looking back, the achievements I’m proudest of aren’t the numbers on a page, they’re the cultural changes I’ve played a role in building along the way.
I’ve always believed open communication is the foundation of a strong team, and I’ve made it a priority to create space where every voice is heard and everyone feels genuinely valued, whatever their role. This approach has paid off, not just in how our teams collaborate, but in the trust and long-term relationships we’ve built with customers, who know we’ll always be straight with them.
Today, my role spans three parts of the andwis business:
– As Managing Director of andwis Environmental Services, I’m building a new division to incorporate its direction, its people and its standards
– As CEO of Rock Compliance, I lead a team helping organisations navigate complex Water and Air compliance regulatory challenges with confidence
– As CEO of Oracle Solutions Asbestos, I oversee specialist Asbestos services that protect the health and safety of the people who rely on us
Different businesses, one common thread: doing right by our people and our customers, and building teams of national experts that are proud of the work they do.
I’m immensely grateful for the journey so far, and excited for what comes next as we continue working to become the best provider of Water, Air and Asbestos compliance services in the industry.
I’m passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed, as that helps the business succeed too!
As Human Resources Manager, I bring a practical, people-focused approach to the HR team within Rock Compliance, combining a strong understanding of employee needs with a strategic perspective to also support business goals.
I oversee all aspects of HR, providing strategic and practical support to the Senior Management and Leadership Teams. My role is to promote a positive people agenda across the organisation and ensure policies and practices support both the business and our employees.
Employee engagement, wellbeing, and fostering a supportive workplace culture are my main focus areas. I’m particularly proud of my work within the company relating to our Real Living Wage accreditation and supporting ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace through our Disability Confident Level 1 status.
I have a degree in Sociology from the University of Roehampton. This has given me invaluable insight into people, organisations and workplace dynamics. I’ve also completed the CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
Developing people and creating opportunities for future talent remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role.
My primary focus is on driving the strategic, commercial and operational development of the Environmental Division, providing leadership and support to our Water Hygiene and Water Treatment Account Management teams.
I also oversee our Commercial and Mobilisation function, supporting the successful implementation of new contracts and ensuring that services are transitioned seamlessly, from agreement to delivery.
With a background in microbiology and extensive experience within the compliance industry, particularly in Legionella management, I bring a strong technical foundation and practical understanding of our services to my role as Commercial Director.
One of the achievements I am most proud of has been leading, through my team, the development and implementation of the School of Rock. This initiative was created to provide a structured and consistent pathway for developing the next generation of compliance professionals, ensuring that new starters receive the knowledge, skills and support needed to build successful careers within the industry.
Beyond the operational benefits, what makes this initiative particularly rewarding is seeing individuals grow from trainees into confident, capable professionals who contribute positively to both our clients and our culture.
Jack Clinton is our Chief Information Officer and technology expert, and as such plays a vital role in keeping us at the forefront of our industry. He empowers Rock Compliance to be a progressive player in the compliance space through the use of innovative and streamlined technologies.
We seek to be ‘tech-enabled’ – to use the most suitable tools available to us to power-up our team and deliver the best service as efficiently as we can for our customers.
Jack makes this happen through building the right team and supporting them fully through their research and development, a lot of listening, and continuously assessing how we can improve. People trust Jack to deliver and value his ‘one team, one dream’ approach.
Jack has a background in building risk management systems and holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Imperial College London.
Christian is responsible for the financial strategy, governance, and performance of Rock Compliance, ensuring we have the right structure, systems, and commercial focus in place to support sustainable growth across the group.
A qualified accountant nearing completion of an Executive MBA at the Cranfield School of Management, Christian has led finance teams across national service and engineering businesses, with a focus on transformation, growth, and performance improvement. He has worked across both private equity and listed environments, delivering major integration programmes, system migrations, and commercial turnaround initiatives.
Key career achievements include:
• Leading multiple large-scale finance transformation programmes to improve visibility, control, and decision-making
• Supporting double-digit EBITDA growth through a mix of pricing discipline, efficiency, and strategic investment
• Building and developing high-performing finance teams focused on adding real operational value rather than just reporting numbers
Christian says, “I bring a practical, hands-on approach and a strong commercial mindset to the role of CFO. I’m passionate about building scalable finance functions, simplifying complexity, and creating a performance-driven culture that enables the business to grow confidently and sustainably.”
I see potential and the bigger picture, making the links between people, product and opportunity. I’m all in when I commit, and I always strive to be an ambassador for our company, its mission and values.
I’m someone who naturally looks at the bigger picture, connecting people, strategy and opportunity to understand not just where a business is today, but where it could go next. I bring a pragmatic, commercially focused approach and, once committed, I’m all in.
I have a BSc (Hons) in Technology and Economics, an MBA with Distinction, and a Diploma in Economics, alongside extensive career experience in the building services sector at board level. My background spans business leadership, technical and compliance disciplines, operational improvement and organisational change.
I’m particularly motivated by building better businesses, developing people and creating practical solutions that improve performance while supporting the wider aims, culture and values of the organisation.
I make sure we have the most informed, passionate and dedicated people in place to deliver a first-class sales experience to all new and existing customers.
I work across sales for the whole andwis Environmental Services division, which encompasses Rock Compliance and Oracle Solutions Asbestos. A key part of my role is nurturing and mentoring our sales teams, supporting their development and success.
With over 30 years’ experience within the sales arena across many different businesses and sectors, I’m skilled in the development and implementation of essential services to help customers fulfil their site management responsibilities, ensuring everyone’s provided with a safe, productive, high quality environment.
In everything I do, I’m absolutely committed to driving us forward to achieve our growth targets. This informs my role as head of the marketing team, ensuring we have everything in place to communicate our message clearly, honestly, and vibrantly across the whole sector.
One of the achievements I’m proudest of is building and developing our new business sales and bid teams. We now have a fantastic team of Business Development Managers who can confidently sell across Water, Air, and Asbestos, supported by specialists in each discipline, and they work hand in hand with a dedicated bid team that brings real quality and consistency to our tender submissions.
Watching these teams grow in skill and confidence has been hugely rewarding, and together they give the division a strong, sustainable route into new markets through FM partnerships, frameworks and public tenders. That foundation sits at the heart of our long-term growth strategy, and I’m excited to see what we achieve next.
Mark is passionate about helping the business achieve its growth targets through teamwork, customer focus, and technology-driven water treatment.
He has over 20 years’ experience within the water treatment industry, working in the chemical, power, air separation, primary metals, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and light manufacturing industries.
In his role, Mark oversees sales strategy and execution for the Water Treatment portfolio, working closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges. His goal is to make a positive impact on the environment and society through water treatment.
Mark has a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and an MA in Marketing from Liverpool John Moores University.
