Manchester is once again the host city for Healthcare Estates 2026 – and we can’t wait to be back in the beautiful Manchester Central building meeting the healthcare estates professionals, who together perform a vital role designing, building, managing, and maintaining the UK’s healthcare infrastructure.
Exciting news – we have a new stand! With a stunning video wall, comfortable seating area for meetings, and wall-mounted displays, it really is the Queen Bee of Stands. We’re in the same location at the back of the hall close to the café, but this time on stand number A50.
Once again, we’re celebrating the Manchester location by theming our giveaways around the Manchester Worker Bee – so watch out for some un-bee-lievable bee puns heading your way 🐝
NHS Supply Chain supplier Rock Compliance brings Water, Air and, for the first time this year, Asbestos compliance services to the hospital and wider healthcare sector, self-delivered by a team of more than 475 engineers, operating from 14 strategically located regional hubs.
Several products from the Rock Compliance Innovations Portfolio will be showcased on this year’s stand. These have been carefully selected for the technological, modernising advancements they bring to compliance and include remote monitoring, copper-silver ionisation, Hevasure remote corrosion monitoring, and closed system filtration.
The Rock Compliance team will also be on hand to discuss the latest water compliance guidance, with particular reference to Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Legionella Risk Assessments.
What can you see on Stand A50?
As always, there’s lots to explore on Stand A50:
and much more!
It’s certainly going to be a hive of activity, with people swarming around, buzzing with lively chat as we meet visitors from the healthcare estates community and share our product knowledge and sector expertise, showing how we bring compliance right into the 21st century.

We know there will be lots going on throughout the two days, but we hope if you’re attending, you’ll make a beeline for Stand A50 – and pick up a special Rock Compliance Manchester Worker Bee goody bag, of course!
We don’t do nasty novelties that end up in landfill. In line with our commitment to being an environmentally-responsible company, we go for quality gifts, made where possible by local suppliers. We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but we’ll just say they’re sweet in every way…
And of course, it wouldn’t be Healthcare Estates without our plantable bee-friendly wildflower postcards.
We’re proud to be an andwis Group company. andwis Group provides expert technical and compliance services for organisations and multisite estates nationwide and is backed by HIG Capital, a leading global private equity and alternative investment firm.

Director of Sales – Environmental Division
Andrew nurtures and mentors our sales teams across the andwis Group Environmental Services division, supporting their development and success and playing a key role in delivering a first-class sales experience for all new and existing customers.
He is passionate about helping the company achieve its growth targets, guiding through mentorship and consultative leadership. His dynamism and enthusiasm motivate all those around him, taking us forward in the exciting compliance market.
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience within the sales arena and has worked successfully across many different businesses and sectors. He is experienced in the development and implementation of essential services to help customers fulfil their site management responsibilities, ensuring everyone is provided with a safe, productive, high quality environment.
In addition, Andrew’s extremely knowledgeable about the UK regulations and guidelines that apply to Water and Air Hygiene, making him ideally placed to support our customers down the road to compliance – minimising risk, delivering compliance, and making it simple!
Business Development Manager
David has 15 years’ experience in the UK compliance field, working with some of the largest providers in the country.
He started his career carrying out Legionella and Pseudomonas Risk Assessments across large NHS and private hospitals at home and abroad, as well as auditing in line with HTM 04-01. Following this and a move into operational management, David subsequently became an Account Manager, looking after multiple national and healthcare organisations, before becoming our Business Development Manager for Healthcare.
David has had direct involvement with multiple Trusts and Water Safety Groups, assisting with ongoing management and policy writing. He has also completed Authorising Engineer training to ensure he is best placed to assist healthcare clients.
One of his key achievements since joining Rock Compliance is the development of our Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Risk Assessment (PARA), which joins our Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA) in ensuring we promote best practice throughout healthcare environments, in line with our key promise to minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple.
Business Development Manager
Ben has 25 years’ experience in the water and air compliance industry and is a full member of the Water Management Society.
In his previous role as owner of one of our legacy companies, Ben focussed on building up the business in the South West and succeeded in winning work nationally with a major grocery retail chain. When the company was acquired in 2019, he joined the Rock Compliance team.
During his varied career, Ben has been responsible for assessing all types of complex water systems. In his current role, he ensures accounts are managed efficiently and provides new business development, winning national contracts in the hospitality, retail, care, and housing sectors.
Ben is our authority on copper-silver ionisation water treatment, which is a non-chemical method to control Legionella, Pseudomonas and other gram-negative bacteria microorganisms. Ben’s extensive knowledge helps us minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple for our clients.
Business Development Manager
Jamie comes from an M&E background, initially working as an engineer in the healthcare sector. It was here that his interest in cooling towers and water treatment started, leading him to set up his own pre-commissioning business just a few years later.
In his 25-year career, Jamie has done everything, from fast-moving sales to getting his hands dirty cleaning the inside of cooling towers. He is particularly proud of the role he played in introducing minimal discharge cleaning and flushing of systems and remote monitoring to the UK market, both of which are now very popular and widely used.
Jamie also has a passion for ground source heat pumps and district heating and a commitment to sustainable innovation that makes him a perfect fit for Rock Compliance as we work every day to deliver on our key promise to clients – to minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple.
Business Development Manager
Chris has over 10 years’ experience in compliance, working with some of the UK’s leading facilities management providers. He initially joined Rock Compliance’s Air Hygiene division, developing and implementing the most efficient procedures and processes and growing the customer base, but has since broadened his role to also encompass our other services, including Water Hygiene and Water Treatment.
He says, “I really enjoy the challenge of resolving any issues that are identified during a job and liaising with everyone involved to keep things progressing smoothly towards a successful outcome. 99% compliant isn’t good enough – it has to be 100% or it isn’t compliant!”
Customers and colleagues appreciate Chris’s commitment to clear, concise and timely communication as he works with them to deliver on our three key promises: to minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple.
Are you going to be at Healthcare Estates? If so, we’d love to meet you. If you’d like to set up a time for a meeting in advance, please contact the team on the details given. Otherwise, just head over to Stand A50 on the day.
