Facilities Management

Are you tired of having to chase suppliers for reports? If so, talk to us!

At Rock Compliance, we appreciate how important it is that facilities management (FM) companies deliver a consistently high-quality service to satisfy the customers and tenants who trust them to manage their buildings.  We place the same high standards on the service we provide.

We support facilities management companies to deliver compliant contracts within key performance indicators (KPIs).  We also offer training and support in areas such as Legionella control and fire damper drop testing to help FM providers self-deliver water hygiene and air compliance services. All our training is delivered by industry professionals with many years of experience.

Our specialist teams in air and water hygiene, water treatment, M&E, and pre-commissioning and commissioning can work with you to ensure that the buildings you manage exceed compliance requirements and operate in a more sustainable way due to improved efficiencies.
