Cleanroom services

A cleanroom is a controlled environment that is designed and built to control the concentration of airborne particulates. Pollutants like dust, airborne microbes and aerosol particles must be filtered out to provide the cleanest possible area for the sensitive products being worked on in the cleanroom. To achieve this, incoming air is processed by means of high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) and ultra-low particulate air (ULPA) filters.

At Rock Compliance, we carry out cleanroom validation, classification and particle counting. Our engineers work around our customers’ needs to ensure all performance verifications and maintenance activities cause minimal disruption to production and processes. Our cleanroom engineers are all Testing and Certification Board (CTCB-I) qualified and have an abundance of experience of working in critical environments.
